Ruhi is master manipulator. Its impossible to believe that she is unable to stand up to Poddars. Infact Daksh is her trump card. RoPu n Samriddhi are very good in serious and intense scenes - I wish some of these scenes made actual sense though 🙄

I have to agree with Armaan on just one thing - when family is involved there must be certain talks before filing cases. But since the two so called families are filled with lunatics , I guess that rule doesn’t apply here.

I don’t get Abhira’s logic of filing the case and then feeling so distraught about it now. What did she expect will happen in court? That the judge would just pat vidya on the back n say ‘ you were wrong - so go stand in the corner for 5 hours and then after that you can go home. Please be a good girl from now onwards 🤷🏻‍♀️ ‘ ????
Her being so upset makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever now if she had taken the decision to file the case. Else she could’ve just told Abhir that I’m with you on this every step of the way but please don’t ask me to fight the case since it’s my in laws on the other side . If Abhir is a brother who cannot understand her in this situation then she is better off without such a brother .

Vidya’s character I don’t understand at all and is beyond me completely. She can either be the person she is now and also pre - abhimaan wedding or she can be the vile devil that she was when abhimaan wedding happened . She cannot be both - unless she has split personality disorder.

There is potential in this track but somehow because of how she treated Abhira post the Abhimaan wedding , I don’t think anyone cares about anything that happens to her - like she could die and the audience will be like good riddance 😂….and so it is hard to sympathize with Armaan’s argument at this point.

This is the doubt even I have about Abhira. She wants Abhir to get justice but at the same time she doesn't want Vidya to get punished. Phir toh she should not have filed case at all. How will Abhir get justice if Vidya isn't imprisoned for her crime? She should have thought of beech ka rasta before filing the case then.

Onus of talking before filing case to sort things falls on poddars though. If they want out of court settlement they should convey they remorse effectively enough that Abhir agrees to let case go. If Abhir wants court case, Abhira cannot convince him to agree for settlement . I think her pov is that since they are not claiming its a premeditated hate crime and V is first time offender, she'll get away with a hefty fine and social service etc. She is certainly trying to avoid fighting the case in a way that makes it seem as if V is a cold blooded person. She has instructed state lawyer and goenkas accordingly. She held back today when Sanjay blatantly lied to avoid doing anything rashly. She wants insaaf for her bro without V being given too harsh a punishment . But Sanjays antics makes Vs side super weak now because not only did Vs lawyer attempt to misguide court by falsifying evidence, it looks as if they are utterly inhumane towards the victim who is now a handicapped, devastated , suicidal man thanks to this event in his life. Emotions do play a small part in judgements. One bts clip had Sanjay mention that judge lost her son in hit and run so that will also play on her mind. Abhir is too emotionally and physically hurt to be able to have discussions on merits of settlement instead of case. And the only thing that could have prevented court case is if poddars had let go of ego and conveyed heartfelt remorse which they didnt do. if Abhira doesn't stand by Abhir she will lose him forever because he'll never trust her. He has been let down by too many people including family. If his sister is also gonna give him explanation for why she cannot help him when he is clearly the victim who deserves justice, he will never bond with her . Abhira cant tolerate that thought. For her Abhir is a parchayi of her mother. Losing him is like losing Akshara all over again.

Tell me why was PP asking Abhira whether he shd present the evidence or not? That shd be his call right?
