All things aside, from current pov for the characters, Akshara confessed to the accident. As per Akshu's testimony, it was her negligence.

This makes Abhira sound so oddly condescending. Yea, belief is okay but Vidya saying she did accident makes her a criminal, Akshu saying the same doesn't?

Yea, Abhira is doing great by trying to get justice for Abhir but in this scene, I find her "me and mum are Saint" vibes.

But yeh kya tha? Parents wait and wait on their children. Even after seeing the body, many refused to easily accept. How could she go away so quickly and change her number? What if Birlas tried to call and ask about their boys? Did they not have the right? What if one day, Sefali might tries to call Abhi and if she doesn't get Abhi, she might call Akshu. Woh nhi aaya uske dimag mein? Did she not want to do antim sanskaar of her betu?

I refuse to blindly blame characters but what kind of writing is this? What kind of mother is Akshu being portrayed that she didn't even wait for sometime?

Abhir's story is more interesting than entire poddar fam Bring villains trauma bhar ke hai. Show his adopted manipulative family.make him take a stand charu ko pheko bring some one else 😂
