Now I never ever feel bad for her death being so alone or life alone. She deserves it. Akshara's bad karma has a long list, From destroying ruhi's life to unintentionally destroying her own son's life. Who is going to do the payback for her deeds.

But she won't be able to take the kid as all the other family members will be holding her back. Anyone can just pick up the kid at any moment and hold him to make sure that Ruhi doesn't go.

Her husband didn't do a thing at that time along with the fact that these are the same people who kidnapped her baby previously too and she remained oblivious to the fact that her so was alive for a whole month.

She doesn't want to even risk that happening again. She has no one to trust, it's a scary environment right there.

And abhi toh Abhir ke case ki 1st hearing bhi nahi hui, a custody case would have made everything more difficult.
