Mothers have premature births all the time but babies still survive.
Ruhi is going through trauma, I agree, but the fact that she’s still wishing wrong upon Abhira is beyond me. She literally had the audacity to question God why he took her baby when Abhira was the one having complications implying he should’ve took hers. You don’t wish this type of hate on people even when you’re healing. Women who can’t easily get pregnant may envy those who can but don’t wish their babies die. Ruhi had been negative throughout her pregnancy. She hated the fact Abhira got pregnant and then wanted a boy instead of a girl. Honestly that’s exactly why I stopped watching the show regularly because there’s so much negativity. People like Ruhi do so much and get away with it and people like Abhira who are always there for others are left with so much hurt.

I thought they were headed towards a leap after Abhira finding out and leaving and then her having her baby and none of the Poddars knowing about it (typical RS thing) but with Abhir in the picture, it looks like they won’t take that route yet. Leaps are usually brought up to help TRP and Abhir should help or at least keep it stable for a few months but I do hope when the time comes and Abhira leaves, she actually has Abhir with her. I’m really looking forward to Abhira’s bond with Abhira. Ruhi will continue to be jealous like always lol. As much as I wish Abhira’s baby was alive and they twisted it the way you mentioned, I don’t this that’s happening sadly.

Ruhi is a clinical case , she has been on medication ever since arman ditched her on mandap ..anyhow she may be the most pathetic person coz of her past deeds still doesn't deserve to be separated from her child ..isn't this her Karma I mean her child is there in front of her n she can't feed him and she's hating him and everyone says she gets away with everything?

Abhiras grief and ddp is self created. Crying over Arman then crying over the family who Hates her then crying over her sister who Hates her , now probably cry over her step brother who may/may not have anything to do with her , then cry over her baby which is not hers ..

If I compare ruhi & abhira , both r at the opposite ends and both suffer ..who said good people don't suffer? They suffer their goodness😁 whoever said ache log ke saath acha hota hai is delusional ...ache log ke saath zyada bura hota hai coz they're not smart enuf .
