May be the baby will need some blood that time abheera or armaan can't give the blood as they are not the parents..... So then they have to tell the truth as the blood would match from ruhi.... Or baby will blood but parents can't give blood.... Then ruhi has same blood type so others will convince her but as its said parents can't give the blood then family n Vidya or abheera asks why she cantt donate blood then the truth might come out... ( The blood type finding truth is typical itv way of finding truth) Or the nurse blackmails these brothers...n abheera or fufasa or vidya ( may be ruhi ) finding out the truth behind the blackmailing.... Then there would be another Mahabharat.... Ruhi will hate everyone.... Who didn't listen to her plea after coma .... Rohit will be discarded by her ... N will hate abheera more...
