I have a feeling to justify Rohit's decision - once the baby goes back to ruhi, she will be a negligent mom. She will be too busy gloating in front of abhira that she will make a mistake that will cost the baby's life. Ruhi won't be able to put the blame on abhira since she would not allow abhira to even come near the baby. The doctor was afraid of being sued by Poddars lawyers..so they passed the dead baby to Armaan and told him his baby didn’t survive due to pregnancy complications.. if this was Ruhis baby it wouldn’t be with abhira for so long..in gen 2 the baby went back to keesh fairly quickly. Here they are starting new tracks.. also there’s like no connection between Ruhi and the baby. 🤔
