Keeping aside pain, hate and grief to do the humane thing is not everyone's cup of tea. thats the core difference between Abhira and Ruhi as people. Abhira has always put aside the negative stuff to be a good person, to do the right thing. If she had held onto every grudge against Ruhi, Ruhi probably wouldnt even have made it to term. Abhira saved her multiple times from falling, tripping etc, gave the injection because at that moment Ruhi needed it more than her. But Ruhi wont ever be that person. she is allowed to grieve but there are certain lines not to be crossed. calling a newborn as saaman and wishing ill on a baby is not how normal people grieve. she has always been vile and even in grief she retains that. This time, everyone has let it slide because she is "grieving". In any case, formula milk was the best option. The doctor suggested that breast milk is superior, thats why Abhira even asked. Varna formula safe hai bolke chali jaati toh Abhira would have never asked. The doc also foolishly claimed there is no way to stop lactation. Thats not true. She could have given Ruhi medication to stop lactation.
