So Ruhi is not feeling anything for that baby........... And there's nothing wrong in it as she is told by everyone it's Ab's.

And nor I am an unreasonable person who will blame her.

But according to few, Ab is antaryami and should feel her baby's death and this is not her's, and going as far as labeling her bad mother.
