They can always make Armaan hallucinate her. Bhai when they can kill off Naira, I am pretty sure they can do a few episodes of Abhira being comatose with her being shown in flashbacks and hallucinations. They will anyway take a leap and show her recover in 2-3 episodes.

I really hope Abhira doesn’t gift wrap BSP and hand it over to her pyaari didi.. it was a miracle that she got pregnant and risked her life for the child.. Handing the baby to a person who was always vile and mean to you doesn’t make sense at all. It is risking BSP ‘s well being too., no sane mother will agree to it.. hope they don’t take the story in that direction.. Roohi can always try for another child or if there is complications in pregnancy then they can go for a surrogate or adopt from some orphanage..
