Utkarsh & Zama were main writers for Gen 3 (correct me if I'm wrong). Bhavna Vyas has been the main writer for Gen 2 & Gen 4. Saba Mumtaz was the main writer for Gen 1. You can clearly see the difference in the pattern of their writing.

Armaan sends Abhira for abortion. Abhira gets it done regardless of her wish to keep it. After a few days Abhira faints in front of family. Doctor comes and declares her pregnant.

Twist: Abhira was pregnant with twins and only one child got aborted.

(now I know this plot isn’t possible and the sonography had one child shown and abortion can’t be done that way as both twins would die, but in YRKKH world anything is possible)
