It’s really sad to see viewers wanting more trouble for the female lead when she is suffering already.. After her mother’s death she doesn’t have anyone by her side when she needs the most or spent one single day in peace.. I hope she stays strong and doesn’t slip into any depression.. because she has no one to take care of her.. Already Roohi has mental health issues, which is not being dealt properly.. I hope atleast Armaan stands with Abhira this time as it is also his kid.. hope Abhimaan prioritises each other and their kid.. I also hope Abhira stays stronger and not become week .. one depressed soul Roohi is enough.. she can afford that as she has people to pamper her.. Not Abhira.. but I am all in for Abhira bursting out on everyone and maintaining her distance from everyone that has wronged her..

Absolutely.. I'm pretty sure a fair bit of S2 also had only 6 day episodes and had something else on sun evenings.. this 7 days to get episode out at 6 am is madness!

But leaving that out too.. I think a large part of the episodes being shoddy is also the success of anupamaa.. budget, creatives, writers - everything good has been pumped in there.. and Rishta is making do with the tier 2 staff..

And thirdly gen 2 showed the story of two affluent family youngsters who had no worry except each other.. shaadi somewhere fancy, honeymoon somewhere fancy kinds.. they had the luxury that the current leads don't.. here Armaan has been built as a serious, living under family's ehsaan type of guy.. married to a girl who had no one to fall back on and a hell a lot of sadness engulfing them both.. so it was never about to become as fun or as that cutesy kinda romantic like Kartik and Naira I suppose..

Rishta became doomed when Rajan decided to adapt Ichcha Nodee and then incorporate wokeness, all kinds of social issues and a misguided definition of feminism into the show rather than focus on families, relationships and emotions, which was their core strength.

Oh yes 💯.. They stepped out of what they did and knew best and the results was for everyone to see. But in that space, I feel it can't have been a unilateral decision.. surely the channel steps in at some point or maybe the makers felt they need to be part of the rat race to stay relevant! Either way, whoever took the call, the casualty was the show and some sane viewers..

Keerti and Naira both lost their first kids. Same can happen here. Honestly, it is too early for any of them to have kids. There are many tracks they can explore before they start with kids. And the likes of Ruhi and Rohit cannot even take care of themselves and have a proper career. Yeh log bache kya palenge. Or do they expect their elders to raise their kid just like they provide everything for these two losers
