It generally depends on how far they have shot before having the precap on TV. Like yesterday's precap had exact scenes of today's episode. But they had a different precap for the prenup or infertility reports thing, cause they had not shot till the episode things were supposed to play out.

Rishta weddings have always been a grand affair and them being in talks with the channel for a destination wedding (it wasn't approved though) might indicate they are planning for a grand wedding and won't mess it up.
