Right from.the beginning he is constantly hurting his kids knowing or unknowingly. With Kartik and kirti, hiding their mom death truth, really messed up their life.

Then when he did this whole saga- sautela and ganda blood tippani in front of young Arohi, despite Sirat saying to not do this , it will impact girls in wrong way, and worsen the girls relationship further, yes other factors were their but that speech from Manish really made Arohi felt broken at some level.
