Ideally vidya should kick out madhavji permanently to rose garden. Apni bagiya mei rahe hamesha ke liye. It's already a safe haven for poddars who are distressed & frustrated with their incompetence .

Agar ar ka real mom aaya then,vidya ki halat bhi shayad unki choti bahu jaise hogi.Bhabhji ke tarah she should start doing something or can go to usa like anu aunty to become chef.
