But during season 2 Goenkas went into debt and it was Naira who sold her Dance Academy and saved Goenkas from going to the street. They were able to rebuild their business with the money that Naira gave them.

In season 2, Goenkas went into debt and nearly lost their house until Naira sold the Dance Academy and saved them. They were able to rebuild their business thanks to Naira. Or else they would have been in the streets. So, half of Goenka money belongs to Akshu and Abhira.

Oh..k . Then who bought the dance academy back as in season 3 Akshara tried to revive it once so it was still with goenkas??

That's what I wanted to know. When husband does something for the wife it's his duty and if wife does something why should it be taken as ehsaan. They didn't dupe naira. Naira did it because they were her family and family mein ehsaan nahi hote

Yes she has on karthik's property which is on his name. Which was earned by him. If he has not created any will before his death. But whatever is earned by manish he will decide who he wants to give. If he dies without making a will then everyone will have equal rights over property.
