Uss dance academy par kairav ke baccho ko bhi haqq milta hai jaise akshara ki beti abhira ko haqq milega. Akshara was not only daughter of naira-kartik. Kairav was also their son and kairav's legacy has also rights on it like abhira.

Reality is baccho ka future secure karna nanihal-dadihal ka responsibility nahi hota hai, bacche ke apne parents ka main responsibility hota hai. Akshara was doing 3 well paid jobs like professor,lawyer and resort manager still she didn't save anything for her only daughter, they have no savings, no fds nothing. Kyun?! Bacche jab khud paida karte hai tab baccho ke future ko secure karne ka responsibility bhi khud he lena chahiye, ancestor property ke bharose bacche paida nahi karne chahiye ki nanihal-dadihal wale dege bacche ko financial security being their blood line. Yeh kaisi soch hui!!!

You are forgetting Sharma house was at the hands of some loan sharks and maker's had never clarified that akshara was able to retrieve it. As akshara has never taken abhira to that house we can only assume that she has lost the house at this point unless maker's show otherwise. In Mother's property both kids have equal right be it boy or girl same goes to father's property. So ys, abhira's mother had a right to inheritance in her mother's property along with her brother. And maker's have shown gvs had given her a luxurious life and even a luxurious wedding and every thing was OK for her till the death of ruhi's father. So gvs would surely provide their granddaughter with her mother's inheritance.

Another thing is that there are times they acknowledged that all the jewelry and costlier dresses of mother's are reserved for the girls only. I am not talking about the property regarding gvs because Manish is still alive and he can give the property to whomever he wants and few episodes back he acknowledged that his property belongs to ruhi.

And one more thing abhira does not have her father with her, but she had her mother all her life. How did her mother never worry about her daughter's future when she had lost all her relations. It is unbelievable. Akshara worked as a lawyer and even as a manager in a resort. There should be some savings right. Ys, akshara provide her education, food and shelter, but forget about her daughter's future. It is truly frustrating.

The independent Akshara Sharma did not know the concept of money management and saving. Since she was living a single life with her daughter she should have more worried about Abheera's future. The reason why Abheera is in this condition today because of Akshara. All those rights for properties are useless unless you get the inheritance which is not so easy lol.

It takes time to claim Abheera's share of inheritance. If Abheera wishes to get Maheshwari and Singhania properties it will take her lifetime to clear all of it. Kya fayida when Abheera gets property at later stage of life and when she urgently needs money lol. Properties are always beneficial for long term financial stability. It will be good for her for long term.. For on going expenses, she should have a fixed income source to sustain.

Because baby turned young adult Sharma is gareeb. She does not have money to survive. Apparently trying to claim her rightful properties which might take years is the best solution for her urgent issues

In a way all families are same who left their daughter to die. But still ab can ask money from maternal family kyun ab ego and self respect aade nahi ayega kya uska
