The whole plot is divorce hote hote reh jayega for some reason.

The question is why wont divorce happen if Armaan is so convinced that Abhira is a problem. and even if he realizes that she's actually not done anything wrong- he still does not love her so he does want to make his marriage permanent. He was dead set on 1 year shaadi which is ending a few months early because Abhira is so much "trouble" apparently.

Before his acute rage , he was hesitant to serve DP right away but he still was keen only to continue shaadi till 1 year mark. So that hasnt changed.

Was really curious to know what y'all think about the upcoming divorce track. As per the IF spoiler, the judge will grant them divorce after 15 days. Most probably Armaan will fall for Abhira in these 15 days but what i don't understand is even if he falls for her i don't think he will stop the proceedings by going against Dadisa. Also them getting divorced this soon will make no sense, atleast not before Ruhi-Armaan's past revelation and Abhira-Goenka's revelation.

I felt court jayega...Mr girgit firse apna image bachane keliye rang Badal dega...But Abhira tell she is forced into marriage...But beech beech mein longing waala looks dega dono....Shayad Ruhi aur Vidya ya dadisa desperation me Abhira ke khilaf kuch Bolney ke chance hai ...So judge ko lagega Both needs proper communication and family is creating problems becoz kuch team anti divorce bhi hai....

15 days nahi shayad usse zyaada hone ke chance hai... 1 ya 2 mahine....

One more reason why the divorce is unlikely is that this was not a decision taken by the leads ..Armaan had also asked for time ..he was stalling ..if that incident with Vidya had not happened, he wouldn’t have thrust the papers in her hands ..Abhira doesn’t want the divorce even now ..this is a plan hatched by Ruhi but which has now been taken over by DS ..the question. Is will the creatives want to show that the PL is successful in achieving something so significant at this stage …she’s been winning small battles ever since she outed Charu.:ITV logic demands that she lose big soon ..also, I don’t think there is going to be any romance track without drama ..I have a feeing they will go for one high-voltage track after the other in a bid to claim pole position or at least to significantly boost their TRPs ..so staying married and being estranged has better chances of happening ..so angst is served between the leads even as there is chaos around them ..
