sirat was never introduced for icche node thing. She was introduced for star plus innovative plot line of boxer woman and supporting male lead. Soch nayi plot which flopped. Also now thinking kaira could not be experimented even further since mohsin shivangi didn't looked young then to act as parents to teenagers and they already did separation tracks multiple times so couldn't go for that also. So rs was given an option to kill naira and take in sirat or off air show so he chose bringing in sirat character.

Well yes. I mean I myself state he reached his peak performance in Humsafars as Sahir and I’m waiting for him to surpass it but doesn’t mean he was totally bad in yeh rishta. Surely screaming scenes and some OTT cheesiness was not needed - but post leap 2 specially - he’s just awesome. I love it when he has least dialogues - he has that caliber to emote with least words and no need of shouting to make a point. True, I hated some of the cheesy ott scenes in gen3. Atleast as a viewer I have the courage to give constructive feedback rather than lapping up everything they do as best thing to happen to human race since bread and butter 😁

Pratiksha looked good as adult Ruhi n she was okayish in simple scenes being a total Newbie but the other scenes were disaster

Garvita is decent enough She has the cuteness as well as the mature look n her acting is good She is great in Subtle emotional scenes but proper crying scenes needs improvement n Ruhi's character is also too stupid so even if she tries her best there won't be much impact until there is some growth in her character But she is a lot better All the cringe scenes look okay because of her acting A good upgrade here

I didn't like Shehzada's acting much he was too OTT n sometimes cringe He was Only good at light-hearted n few romantic scenes The best thing was He had chemistry with both FL n PL

Rohit is a total misfit according to me Already the character is worst n his stiff bland expression makes the character even more unbearable n He don't have any chemistry with any of the girls

They should have chose someone else There isn't much difference in both actors the earlier one was cringe this one is wooden

Samriddhi initial episodes She was the best But later on Her OTT expressions kept on increasing n in some places Her acting lacked depth n looked too fake She is only slightly better than Garvita

This is probably the most ironic remark here considering the over praises for Harshad's terrible and so cringe acting in YRKKH. Makes my head scratch how he won so many awards... Unless they were fan-voted and (sth most Bollywood celebs do to get these awards). Then it makes sense. A lot of sense!

I watched 3 generations so far..and bits of first Gen..Samriddi is the best of all 4 heroines when they started..yes other 3 all got better after a few years..but starting time.Sam is the best. But also abhiras character is very nicely written as well. As for the heros…Harshad and Jay were definitely the best male actors in rishta..all seasons. None of the others come even close to them..but then harshad and Jay have so,much experience..they’ve done so many tv shows and Jay did like roles in 3 or 4 Bollywood movies as well ..harshad did 1 ..I think..but either way..both of them were very good as abhimanyu and abhinav..the 2 male actors in Gen 4 are a big downgrade from the 2 in Gen 3..although Shehzada improved well..and he and Sam looked good together..and in my opinion they were the best matched lead couple in all generations of rishta..in age and looks.. it’s a pity ..we couldn’t see sheh continue in armaans role..🤷🏻‍♀️
