I don’t think so, bcz her husband dismissed her claims & then they got distracted & I think she left the not in dustbin, so that note’s work is done. There will be no more revelations from it!

But then again, it depends on the writers & directors, they can still show that she left the note on Abhira’s desk & she still gets the hold of that note.
But don’t expect any revelation from it, it will only serve as fb only for when the revelation happens.
