Exactly they are selfish and Ruhi is super selfish … she refused to consider the marriage proposal they brought for her .. when suwarna told her they had been scammed .. she was least bothered… .. she shows zero concern for these oldies but wants them to have full priority over her.
I think Goenkas are looking for akshara to be their Sahara in old age .. and it’s funny since they assume that all is well with Akshara then why are they not thinking of the man she went out with .. why is Ruhi not thinking about him at all . She should show more attachment to him then Akshara n her son

Goenka's is about to change with Abhira. There's no way they can show Abhira just accepting
those people so easily after learning everything especially that last phone call. Nope
I'm not saying she'll be angry forever but, it won't be easy either. I think dkp show the connection
between P-nanu and Abhira, first make sense cause once the full truth comes out, the reverse reaction
will happen with the respect and admiration Abhira felt, will be gone, cause they hurt her mamma.

Trauma is real. Therapy is real. Having said that, I did not feel a shred of sympathy for Ruhi today. She is a selfish, entitled brat who is clearly manipulating people around her citing abandonment issues everytime. All of us have traumas and it is on us, how we deal with them. Not all of us go through therapy. I think the inherent qualities in a person probably determine how they evolve. Like Armaan lost his mother at birth and grew up being treated as a close to second hand citizen in his own home. This would have been the perfect excuse for him to grow into a vicious, cunning man out to manipulate the family and get his revenge on them. That is not who he is. The Goenkas erred majorly though. They should have dealt with Ruhi differently and instead, in the name of trauma, they indulged her to a point where she has lost all sense of balance. She thinks people owe it to her to prioritise her over all others. She thinks people should cut off relations with those that she might not like so she can feel loved and wanted. Does she do the same thing in return though? She does not. Today, when she said she was all alone and Akshara had her family, despite all of the vile deeds in the past, I felt bad for the Goenkas. They have lost far more than Ruhi has, and made her the centre of their universe. She says she is all alone, effectively reducing their role in her life to nothing. When Armaan came to take her back to the Poddars, she didn’t even think to inform the oldies. Manish had a heart attack and we didn’t see an ounce of compassion in Ruhi. She lives in the Poddar house and pretends to be a good daughter-in-law while secretly wishing their son stays dead, as seen in the hospital scene. So yes, she does not come across as a desirable human being, all the trauma in the world notwithstanding. I did not like her today and I don’t think I will like her going forward unless she has a personality transplant. She is a selfish, self-obsessed, entitled brat who is not some bruised angel as the makers would like us believe, assuming that’s what they’re trying to do. Ruhi don't care about anyone especially those old age family. Remember how she
when back to Poddar's house without informing them and they were worry sick about her
whereabouts. Look at how she just pushed Manish at the mandhir, what if he had fell
and hit his head, or her me me me. That's the thing with vampire like you called Ruhi,
once you invite them in your home it's hard for them to leave. Goenka's created her they
need to deal with it not to pun her off to Aks or Abhira.
