Scenes/photos shown in a tv show is exclusively copyright and property of the production house and they don’t need anyone’s permission to utilise them in the same show.

Since people are very much curious about my opinion instead of the show posting the article which I read. They can use for the time when actor stays in the show. If they are planning to use it post that then it's breach of contract as actor is not getting paid for those videos and shows are promoted with his or her videos. This way they can play hina's clips in every gen but they are not doing it as they can't do it without paying or taking permission from Hina.

PS: I am not an actor nor I am PH so I will know only by reading articles. So in case if you have read any article which says people can use actors pic even after his contract ends please let me know. I would like to read to improve my general knowledge.
