Absolutely. The show which is on 4th place had a massive increase in ratings during ML's hospital track. If makers are wise they will rectify the mistakes happened during yuv track and execute it properly.

I feel they should make hotstar also like TV with ads. And add this trp to actual trp. But that's kinda impossible. If you see popular shows list in hotstar, then Anupama is #1 and Rishta is #2 . So if not 1 , Rishta is definitely#2 on Popularity charts with this current track.

Could’ve easily surpassed #2 if they executed Yuvraj track well and didn’t waste it on someone’s unnecessary ddkp and popping eyes .

As it will make abhira is his rebound which she is NOT...

So to show progress in abhimaan they had to show progress in armaan's coming out of heartbreak also...

But sadly it was going good till button sewing scene,those scenes were clear indication of armaan NOT in love but in GUILT...and their scenes were being witnessed by Abhira...

Even their intimate dancing didn't boiled my blood...

But than suddenly something changed,either writers or they took a U turn on RuHaan after that button stitching scene,they again went into heartbreak emotion for armaan rather than guilt.....

I have no issues with tortoise speed in AbhiMaan...

I am infact happy with little baby steps among them but RuHaan is making me bitter regarding them day by day..I will not deny this...

I wish this is a dhamaka track and not half boiled khichdi that Yuvraj track was. Also before Holi they need to show some progress between ArAb so that if they are planning to get Shivam back by then, toh there is something between them for a heartbreak lol.

I don't want them to rush this falling in love phase. It's my favorite. They can stretch it for next 5-6 months for all i care. I just want to see shift in Ar's emotions for Ab. Like, he should start admiring her and start thinking about her and gets possessive about her.

Ruhi is not even needed here. Just start her parallel story already with Rohit or someone else ffs

Bhabhi is adamant to complete this epic love story and Armaan is guilty , lost and confused by his own morals and misguided sense of responsibility for her and his family , he doesn’t seem to be in love but the direction and writing of their scenes is so cringe that you can’t help but dislike his weak personality and their perpetual ddkp


In the other show , PL was pro active in getting her way (not like Ruhi who wants everything served on platter) and ML got irritated by her antic pretty soon .

DKP executed the script only during Abhira's grandmother's time till 2018. By the time Ruhi's grandma appeared writers forgot their basics.

A lot could have been done in terms of execution but what to expect from a producer who is least bothered.

I'm randomly jumping here lol but I dont think Armaan & Ruhi are supposed have been in love. If it was so, the narrative of Abhira questioning how can anyone fall for someone in two days wouldnt have been brought up. Even the 10days that Ruhi and Rohit spent together was termed to be "todi bohot attachment". Armaan and Ruhi fell in love with the idea of love. And their views of love, life, family are very similar... in their heads they are perfect. 'Soulmates' for Ruhi but 'Love of his life" for Armaan.

Ruhi's abandonment issues and despearation for love and Armaan's empathy and his own abandoment issues are making them cling to each other. I cannot for the life of me believe Armaan ever loved Ruhi. If he ever did he wouldn't have brought Ruhi back home after she left by leading her on when she asked he will prioritise her and trying to placate her for his own selfish(for Vidya, for getting accepted at the dining table etc) reasons. He could have chosen to be honest (like he always shares things with her) and if she wanted to stay at goenkas atleast she should clear his name so his fam doesnt blame him anymore. But he chose to do what he did. He doesnt love her. He was infatuated, is guilty for her situation, emphathetic for her pain, and thinks of her as someone "who gets him" because of how similar they are, and cares a lot but that care is a huge part of who Armaan is. Neither does Ruhi love him. She wants to be loved(not him per se but she is desperate for being loved, valued, prioritised and not abandoned), she is infatuated with him and the idea of them being soulmates has really deluded her. If anything I blame the actors for not conveying this lol

If Ruhaan were to be a actual love story, they could have taken the route of "childhood friends with one sided love finally becoming more" or "school or college or workplace sweethearts" or something substantial. But their story is designed to be infatuation not Romeo and Juliet Udaipur version.

Abhira and Armaan's relationship being a slowburn and them taking time to learn the ins and outs of each other, understand, admire, care and stand by each other is what is going to be the actual love story this gen(for the forseeable future).
