lmao fr tho, the OG version was wayyy better, at least it was entertaining. Like with Kalesh, the ending of Gen 1 got 2.4 TRP. But coming back to the main point, it really irks me how ITV be doing us dirty. They start off selling us this concept of a FL who's independent, fighting for her rights, not giving two sh*** about anyone, gonna fight for her studies. We, the audience, are like "Yes! This FL is a breath of fresh air, finally something different!" We start watching, online audiences go crazy with their own little theories, but what do they do? They give us a lollipop. Every FL ends up turning into the same mahan, sacrificial bichari ladki, craving for family, goo goo eyes for ML, and whatnot, doing dumb stuff.

So they tone down the FL and make her like... I can't even connect with her anymore. This is what I dislike, they just sell us cheap sh*t. They're probably laughing at us, like "moye moye kya socha tha aur kya mila." And don't even get me started on the ML. Every ML with two wives, it seems. But somehow, they always get whitewashed at the end. smh

Totally agree whatever you wrote ., what they show on the content of many shows are simply an insult to all women with self respect ...It is like an insult
