The episode begins with Aks lying in the critical care unit and docs n Paramedics doing their best to save her , n her baby. AbhiM is seen performing penance n prayers before Mahadev for her recovery . Soon she recovers , and asks about her baby . She is asked to relax n take deep breaths , Muskaan too is getting emotional as she prayed for the “bhai ji ka Ansh”

Soon Tense moments as the baby’s heart beats are missing , soon the heart beats return n baby is declared fine . Bade Papa tells Aks that he knew she n her baby were very strong . The Goenka family is very happy to learn Aks n the baby were fine . Aks video calls AbhiM n sees him performing penance n prayers .

Soon Aks gets discharged from hosp. She finds the elders gone off to Chamunda mandir for her n her baby . Surekha informs Aks was OK n sitting here because of their partners only . Soon AbhiM too arrives n hugs Aks .

Aks informs that Anjali Maa never pushed her, she fell because of accident. AbhiM asks why was she shielding Maa, Aks cleared that she tripped herself . AbhiM feels Aks was special as she was arguing with her family for the very person who is refusing to accept her n her baby .

Abir n Roohi wait to be picked up by Poppy, Manjari meets them n spends time with the kids in the mean time . AbhiM day dreams that Manjari regrets for her mistakes . She was missing her children n grandchildren after they separated from her . She now realised a Aks’s pain , she asks AbhiRa to get married n assures she will love Aks n her baby too .

His day dream ends n he realises Manjari will never change .

Next scene shows Aks telling bed time stories to sleeping Abir n Roohi. They wait for AbhiM . Aarohi informs about the happenings at hosp. AbhiM was against Mahima and Parth over building a new VIP hospital using the charity funds . Mahima argues that by earning money through VIO hops they will earn more money for doing charity . Both sides argue.

Aks sends meal for AbhiM . He thanks her for the meal, asks her not to exert n rest . Aks informs Muskaan had prepared the meal, he better thank her .

At hospital AbhiM continues to argue Parth wants to make sure AbhiM is removed from MD post . Mahima reprimands Parth for thinking such. AbhiM is hurt that Mahima was giving more importance to earning money n profiting rather than charity n caring for poor patients . He feels they have different morals than him. He refuses to work in such a place n decides to leave MD post as Mahima refuses tk change her mind n finalises the decision .

AbhiM hides from Aks about quitting his position as MD n Birla Hosp.
