Well yeah- the promo showed that she did some blood tests. I’m thinking she gets dizzy but Akshara will think it’s due to stress and nervousness from wedding, she will just get her blood work done to make sure she is all okay. And obviously they are going to show dizziness- the promo is about her being pregnant 😅

And I think they were also kind of trying to show in the flow that Abhi is genuinely proud of her and admires her....and that's something Ak also needs to let settle into her again rather than always butting heads with him.

I promise that I have only Abhi in my heart - there is no other guy, no other marriage, or other pregnancy. Just like Abhi fell in love with Akshara at first voice, I fell in love with Abhi’s eyes first. Tere Liye was 12 years ago but Abhi is still in my heart- he is my hamesha forever love. ❤️
