Social messages?

ITV is too ridiculous to take seriously, but the show really takes the absurdity to new heights. I'm surprised the makers are brave enough to mention ANY social messages after what they have written for the past eight months.

The fact the dowry case was used to show a fight stunt takes the cake. Women empowerment isn't about a woman fighting six men singlehandedly outside her house lol. Honestly, the lectures from Akshara come off as a joke considering the makers showed the female lead live with a man she met on the bus before marriage for months then marrying him after she gave birth to her ex-husband's child in secret. She has been verbally, physically, and emotionally abusing both real father and son for months. In fact, she is no different than those regressive aunties she was lecturing. Are they are new writers? Or do they not care anymore?

In 2023, the makers wouldn't show a heiress to a jewelry empire raising her own son. Rather than trivializing real social issues the makers should focus on the random birthday parties lol.

I was hoping these new writers will atleast watch the episodes after Abhir’s truth and will write tracks accordingly - but as always it’s waste of energy to expect anything from this crazy YRKKH writing team…and for us to listen to all the baashan from this madam . She must be the last one to talk abt women empowerment, if they had tried this 8mnths before and made her a single mother - may b it would have been acceptable 🤷🏻‍♀️ - after all the things she has done and hearing all these dialogues from her makes her look like a joker… & don’t even get me started on her super woman avatar, they have going for her 🤯 - she can fight goons, generate lights out of batteries - give baashan to everyone but don’t have courtesy to apologize for the fact that b’coz of her 2 lives has been lost…

Social messages don't match the show after the leap because viewers watched the most regressive toxic content for eight months. The fight stunts are beyond ridiculous now. She can't handle a six year old mourning his stepfather's death and runs away, but can she fight random goons at the drop of a hat. Makes perfect sense lol.

@bold It might be a unpopular opinion, but she didn't have to be a single mother. All she had to do is be a decent human being and tell the truth to the father who was mourning his dead children and his brother. There was no need for the lies, the plotting, or the constant verbal abuse. She could've told the truth and moved on with dignity.

The sole reason akshara got married was to kill her husband off. As maa is showing maa giving bhashan after moving from her ex husband.

They wanted to retain abhimanyu but yet they wanted bhashan's on different topic. So they got abhira divorced. They got akshara married and now trp viewers have random bhashan sessions on widow and widow moving on.

Like how maa had so many complications for her 2nd marriage here akshu will have many complication for her 3rd marriage 😂

So you're basically saying that this show is all about how many different kinds of marriages Ak can have to keep giving social message through each type of marriage and how it begins/ends?

They have literally gotten her divorced and widowed only to victimize her....cuz they haven't managed to convey any effective social message through either situation she was in. When she got divorced, she hopped on a bus and married the first guy who helped/handed over her kid to him. What message was there to give in that when for 6 years, she basically lied to everyone about her kid's paternity? What stigma did she ever face as a divorcee? .....She was never a single woman for long enough to give any social message on how a woman can live for herself. She hung her entire existence on propping up another man instead

Now she's become a widow and suddenly wants to preach about the strength of a single mom/single woman whose life didn't end after losing a man and now she wants to live for her family and kid

But hey, what to do....makers have decided she's the only messenger they want for whatever half-baked social issues they need from time to time to fill the epis.

I still don't mind though...her social messages are tolerable now as long as she doesn't have that bland +1 she's been toting around since 8 months

Lol that's why they had to kill abhinav 😂 initially they tried showing akshara has faced so many things which no one has seen. She acted as she was forced to stay inside a cage and treated like ghar ka naukar and all. But trp audienced REJECTED it 😂 so they killed abhinav and playing that card now. But that will also never be able to pull audience 😂 you know why? Akshara murdered abhinav by sleeping on his just operated chahthi and said i love you 😂

Mimi herself is a widow and ofcourse most recent example is Arohi.....Ak didn't think about the life and struggle of a widow then about the widowed sister she left behind? Ab suddenly baat khud pe aayi toh she is oh so bechaari abla widow who will fight against the stigmas of society

Koi baat nahin....Ak provides a lot of the unintentional comedy of this show. The woman who was so desperate to have a man to play husband/father of her child that her daily routine was all about pacifying his insecurities endlessly ......that woman will now teach us what strong single woman is all about. Manjari is also divorced usne bus nahi pakda that's called maturity. She used her brain and used her authority as the owner of birla land and stayed in birla mansion for her kids. That's called common sense.
