Episode begins with cute moments as the two kids Bal Krishna and Radhika feel sleepy as it’s way past their bed time but it’s still time for lord Krishna to be born . Manjari gives them a shoulder to sleep , family members understand , Goenkas and Birlas together are celebrating . Manjari asks for the sweets kept ready in kitchen. Ak’s offers to get them .
Neighbourhood ladies ask her to do other work while they will get Prasad.
AbhiM and Aarohi share problems of AbhiRa relation ship. She guides him how to patch up with Aks, to confess to her and apologise to her . AbhiM agrees and decides to apologise to Aks.
Later Aks is seen readying Pooja thaali, other ladies make excuses and take her away for taking rest. It’s soon midnight, Swarna declares the celebrations open, she asks Aks to uncover the Pooja mandir.
Other ladies deny Aks the rights to partake in any Pooja ritual . When asked the reason by Bade papa, AbhiM , they declare that it’s none even been a year Aks has become widow of AbhiN . She can not be allowed as per customs . Ak’s questions them which religious text says this , what the authority , she demands the religious book to be shown .
The ladies fail to quote any religious text but insist on customs n rituals followed . Widows can not perform Pooja . They shame her for wearing colourful clothes and happily celebrating
Ak’s gives long lecture on how society forced these customs on women while the same did nit apply to men . Widowed young men were allowed to consider remarriage, but women were forced a life of painful existence . Aks argues with the men n women for failing to show the authority for such practices and decides to do her Pooja elsewhere . Abhimanyu too joins Aks.
Bade papa shames the men and women and refuses to participate in Janamashtami celebrations . Hearing the commotion the sleepy Roohi and Abir wake up . The two walk up to Aks in their cute comstumes and hold Aks’s hand in reassurance n support .
As the society men n women try to unveil the Pooja the rope get s stuck . They realise it was knotted up n feel helpless .
Abir takes Aks by her hand and asks her to unveil the Pooja . He requests her to do the ritual of unveiling and lo the knot gets undone and she is the first one to bow before the lord . Abir declares that this incident signifies that Lord Krishn wanted Aks to take part in Pooja . AbhiM states that no perso should be shamed when they are going through a pad patch in life .
As she begins to leave the ladies ask Aks to perform Pooja because otherwise this celebration will remain incomplete .
All men and women apologise to Aks .
AbhiM blows the conch and Aks performs Aarti and sings bhajan .
All join her . AbhiM prays for Aks and Manjari prays for her children’s happiness.

It’s Dahi Handi ritual , Aks questions why only guys take part n not girls . AbhiM orders another Dahi hundi to be hung for the ladies . Kairav asks it to be at lower level for the ladies . Ak’s again questions them for differentiating. Finally both Dahi h undies are hung identically.
As Aks is climbing the human pyramid formed by the ladies she slips and AbhiM is horrified , screams her name .
