It is highly probable that DKP wanted to explore the generation leap in 2 months and retain HC; but am not sure if Pranali is interested in playing old age role. In all this HC may not be interested in renewing his contract after October; we don't know. Abhira were ruthlessly broken, beyond recognition for cameo favoritism, is a unfortunate fact.

When the choice is between money, fame vs your like ppl choose money and fame. As hc as abhimanyu is getting both. And he also has his own ppl who are loving him as abhimanyu. Why will he care for haters. As long his wellwisher able to understand his character he is good too.

Even if Abhi is quitting he should leave after the intense romance.After all the romance Abhi can run away like Akshara for 6 years or atleast an year expecting her to figure it out and understand him.She can’t complain since he just got inspired by her!

Since hc stayed back they will continue . He may extend his contract too. That's why initially they announced abhinav as lead and once they got confirmation from hc they made him a cameo.

Exactly if Harshad was leaving why would they send Abhinav away. I don’t think they will introduce a thrid love interest or guy opposite Akshara anytime soon. Maybe they might risk it big time and replace Harshad but retain Abhi but, Harshad made Abhi so popular. Do I don’t think people will accept a new actor in his place and they show will be forced go take a leap or it will end.

Probably SBS is probably behaving like Muskaan speculating and gossiping.

Karan who played Naitik did play an older Naitik for a while after leap so, Harshad might not mind if the role is important.But, don’t think Pranali will be okay playing an older Akshara though they can have a mature sorted script based on this.DKP also hardly have any good storyline left.
