Well, Navmanyu did kinda get to have a long goodbye chat on the cliff na where Nav was going on giving him life gyaan and talking about how content he was....we can still consider that their goodbye 😆

Now the Goenkas are welcome to have all the time they want with Nav in his last moments.....Abhimanyu can stay safely away from all this nonsense in jail.....lol

FYI, Manish couldn’t start a custody case, only Abhimanyu could so for us to say he wasn’t left with an option would be a biased opinion. If he can send his son back to his parents against his mom’s wishes to BP Kya cheez hai lol.

Please rewatch and connect the threads cause they are there. Abhi put the custody case on hold after Abhir's surgery and didn't restart it. BP said to restart, and you are right maybe he can't do it. But Ak can, and she did. It was her choice, that she got talked into by BP. Even after that, she could have stopped it if she wanted to.

Abhi literally couldn't have - why? because the case was being done by Ak. The only way for Abhi to stop the custody case would be to say he doesn't want custody, this means he has to give up his rights to Abhir FOREVER. He can never fight for custody in the future, also. Infact the first time also he went for custody only because if he doesn't, the court will take it as he didn't care enough to want custody.

Finally, even now, his giving back Abhir isn't so simple. It means he has to go to court and say he cannot take his own son's responsibility. It closes all doors for him in the future, even to have custody. So yeah, it's not as simple as you are making it out to be.

Abhi didn't snatch Abhir. He tried his best not to go for custody cause once you go there, it's out of your control and in the court's control. Then you have to follow whatever the court tells you.

She prepared for 6 years for this battle, didn’t even prepare her son, she is the one who decided Abhir shouldn’t go to court due to his mental health - could have won easily. Till date I wanna know what was she preparing for exactly. Law final exam clear nahi hua tha.
