Abhinav and Neil

I was waiting for the justification that if how Akshara can not be deemed responsible for getting Neil killed, how is Abhimanyu responsible for Abinav's death

So here we go, Neil knew exactly what he was getting into. Akshara did not force him. Neil was killed by am external factor those are the goons.

The case here is different. Of course, Abhinav could have said no to day drinking, he is also a responsible adult and a father. And there is his whole family waiting for him to party with him. But he went with Abhimanyu to get drunk. It is definitely Abhinav's fault.

First Abhimanyu takes Abhinav next to a cliff to get drunk? Seriously? Okay, let's still consider Abhinav could have said no. He has as much as brain as Abhimanyu and knows that cliffs can be dangerous. So, yeah Abhinav could have said no. But it still doesn't answer the question why Abhimanyu chose a cliff in the first place.

The problem mainly arises is when Abhimanyu hides the fact that he is not drinking but making sure Abhinav is drunk. Once you are buzzed, you kind of lose your inhibitions. I mean we all know how Abhimanyu lied down in the middle of the road when he got super drunk. He kept pouring away his drink without Abhinav's knowledge, so that Abhinav will keep drinking. Even if it was because Abhimanyu wanted to drive back sober, why couldn't he just let Abhinav know, "Sharma ji, I am not drinking anymore because one of us have to drive back". If he had said that Abhinav would have also stopped drinking saying "you are right, let's go back bhai ji everyone will be wiating for us". But he kept pouring drinks for an Abhinav who is already drunk. When Abhinav lost his cup, Abhimanyu goes on giving him his cup to drink. Abhimanyu was just constantly supplying drinks to an Abhinav who is already lost his senses.

Now, when Abhinav gets upto scream next to the cliff, why didn't Abhimanyu stop him? Why did he wait for Abhinav to stumble? See, at this point, Abhinav is not anymore responsible for himself. He is drunk and Abhimanyu is not. So, it was on Abhimanyu to take care of Abhinav which he didn't.

Now let's imagine Abhinav didn't die. What was Abhimanyu's plan? Making sure that Abhinav is drunk an hour before his birthday party? What reasoning would he have given why Abhinav was drunk and he was not?

So, yeah Abhimanyu is way way more directly responsible to Abhinav's death than Akshara being accused of Neil's death indirectly.

I rest my case.

We all know abhim won't push abhin off thr cliff. We all know abhim won't plan anything .

But akshu and neils case wasn't witnessed by any of the family members to even assess if she's at fault or no. They just assumed the worst.

Here akshu and BP have witnessed (as per the precap yest ..haven't seen today's epi) the scene so blaming abhim will be valid. However I don't think it amounts to a murder case. How will abhim prove himself innocent unless abhinv comes bk from dead and gives a testimony in favour of bhaiji? It's not a whodunit

So yeah this is another one of their illogical tracks . We know they plan abhira together so just do it without any rhyme or reason , we're not interested.

Abhinav is an idiot to go drinking, it’s an unfortunate and untimely accident. BUT he thought his day is over and he didn’t know about the party that’s been planned for him.

But Abhimanyu knew, and why get drunk now when abhiM planned the surprise party for him

unfortunaley drinking at a scenic spot is a thing for guys I think. That I get, but why drink when there is a party afterwords.

Difference here is abhiM knew there is a party and abhinav didn’t . So it’s iffy. But the track will be for a week and then move on to next I think.

I knew abhinav had to die but that dude literally died for no reason and ruined his own happiness

like it would have been a bit better if he died saving abhiM and in that switchroo he fell off but again that’s too much to expect and I am being greedy.

I wanted akshu to do what muskan did to abhiM , muskan was fab haha but again stupid, he is going to surgery so why not do all this after he is declared dead instead of wasting precious minutes

Drinking did not lead to Abhinav’s death, Abhimanyu taking him there did. No one is saying Abhimanyu pushed him or planned to kill him but why did he take him to a cliff to get drunk when there was a surprise party within the next two hours.

It looks like Abhimanyu won’t be held responsible but BP will be the reason. As soon as BP saw Abhimanyu and Abhinav struggling, he should have taken a run for it so that his old body could’ve pulled what Abhimanyu’s strong body couldn’t. BP has been a running champion in the past so it would have taken him 5 seconds to get there because that’s how much time he had from the moment he saw to when Abhinav fell from Abhimanyu’s fingers.

For all this bakwas drama we never know tomorrow abhin actually gives a testimony before dying , holding nobody responsible and asking abhim to tc of abhir🤢

I think Akshara doesn’t know yet. Either Muskaan heard BP because she comes after or she’s remembering how Abhimanyu took Nav for a drink.
