That,s what I replied.....it's abhimanyu's house too ....not only her sasural.. her son is staying there and she is staying with him.... ..she is staying with her son....I don't think her stay at Birla house can be compared with abhinavs stay at goenka house.....also she muse be having some share in Birla property....also manjiri has been portrayed as a housewife from the begining....whereas abhinav is shown as an earning and independent guy... I don't mind him living him in goenka house if he accepts the fact that he is not so khuddar right now.....

I never said there was any issue with a woman staying at her marital home.

I find the valorisation of gender norms icky. A man is made fun for allegedly not having an active source of income and staying at his wife's natal home while it's 'normal' for women to leave everything and just live at their "sasur's house."

This is because that said man himself makes comments about self respect and what not.

If he would have taken that job that might have helped their case during custody.
