False equivalence: AK said, she and AbhiM are behaving the same when away from Abhir. There can't be a greater false equivalence than this statement. AbhiM is doing/did is very little about love ( yes, love is part of it. AbhiM loved/ loves AK too), but more about obssession. AbhiM's acts always prioritized himself/ his feelings, whereas AK's acts are about Abhir's feelings.

AbhiM: AbhiM keeps on saying he wants best for his child, but he repeatedly has done what is best for himself. His words, prayers are hollow. He himself gave pain to Abhir, but asked Mahadev to give strength to Abhir to go through pain. If he really had loved Abhir, he never would hv uprooted Abhir from his beloved MaPa. AbhiM saying that he fought the custody case because he knew AK-AbhiN would win is a hogwash. He said these things only after winning the case. Even just before the verdict, he had said to AK, how come you are confident that you will win?

AbhiM has witnessed how Abhir sleeps with his Papa, and there is no need of a diary to tell him that. Still he leaves Abhir alone in his room and he want Abhir to call him Papa. It may come across as harsh, but AbhiM is like a begger, who keeps asking people to give him something. First he asked AbhiN for his wife, then he asked AK to be his wife and now he is asking Abhir to call him Papa. He ASKS not EARNS. Whereas AbhiN has EARNED and never ASKED.

भगवान से नाराजगी: AbhiN के जिंदगी मे कोई नही था इसलिये वो भगवानजिसे नाराज थे. अभिरके लिये उन्होने भगवानसे नाता जोड लिया . AK abhiM के जिंदगीसे चली गयी , AbhiM शिवजीसे नाराज हो गये और अभिरके लिये फिर से जुड गये . अब AK Abhir की वजहसे भगवानजी से नाराज हो गयी.

I am not fan of such narajagi with Bhagwanji, but I still understand AbhiN and AK's narajagi with Bhagwanji. AbhiN suffered a lot as an orphan and must hv asked thousand times why he is not as other kids. I do understand AK's narajagi as well, as AK lost Abhir without her fault. She had gone to AbhiM to avoid custody case.

But, I do not understand AbhiM's narajagi with Bhagwanji as he himself was, is responsible for the what comes his way. He lost AK due to his rage issues and not Shivaji.

Identity crisis:Even though AK loves Abhir enormously, her love has some 'Haq' feeling too. It is only AbhiN who loves Abhir selflessly and to the sky. It is same with Abhir. Abhir loves AbhiN more than AK. Due to the custody battle, only two people are going through the worst crisis and that is Abhir and AbhiN. Abhir lost name of his Papa, Abhinav Sharma and AbhiN lost the MEDAL of being called Abhir's papa. This battle should remain only of Abhir and AbhiN, to gain back the title. Abhir already partially won the battle, as he firmly pronounced his father's name, AbhiN Sharma even after knowing that he is AbhiM's son. It remains to be seen how Abhir will fight to be pronounced publicly as Abhir AbhiN Sharma and I think he will.

AbhiN, as expected lost the battle at first step itself. He accepted that he is no more 'Pita' of Abhir. For me, for the firm act, Abhir won my heart and AbhiN lost.

Custody battle: Unlike AbhiM, AbhiN might resist strongly the custody battle once he sees Abhir settling down with Birlas. He would not like his Nikkeji to suffer again. I still feel, he will try to convince AK to move in the Birla house even if he knows that AK loves him. He would ask her to do it for the stable, prosperous childhood and future of Abhir. For him, nothing else matters but Abhir, not even AK. Yes, as promised, he will never leave Abhir or AK, and endure all the pain in the process.

Abhir: Since when Abhir started missing Mamma? He never slept with his Mamma but Papa.

Abhir is a supersmart kid and loves AbhiN more than he loves his biological parents. AK- AbhiM might be the protagonist, but the story's focus is Navir bond. Abhir calling AbhiM his Dadda was a smart move. Dadda is about material things but Papa is about love. Dadda is about Abhir giving, but Papa is about AbhiN earning. I anticipate Abhir making journey like AK (from Abhi to Abhimanyu) from Dadda to Sir.

If makers after all the vile acts (choosing to fight for custody and separating Abhir fro MaPa) done by AbhiM, are planning for his redemption or whitewash, I have nothing say.
