In this case there were criminal charges against the adoptive parents too for kidnapping the child from biological parents. However, the financial conditions of biological parents were not good compared to adoptive ones. Glad to know that a child’s emotional state is valued by our judiciary. 😊

I support Abhimanyu but I do think the court’s ruling was harsh for Abhir and not liking how he’s been convinced.

Well it's just one case..no court would uproot the child from a normal healthy family and hand him over to a single father . But no court can relinquish the rights of the biological father either . Shared custody would be the best judgement wherein the father can pay for the child support . Abhir would have loved abhimanyu all his life for this..

Not sure if you've seen ye hai chahtein. The custody case was sensitively handled, although it was ekta k show...the judge not only had several interactions with the child but appointed a councellor to make sure she has no issues living with her father ...

Not seen Yeh Hai Chahatein but have seen the one it spun off from - Yeh Hai Mohabbatein - there too custody case was handled maturely and they even visited the families multiple times to make sure the kid is not in a toxic environment and being loved.

I can’t understand after the way Manish-Karthik equation had been, then the issues seen in Akshara, Arohi, Kairav and we all know about Manjiri’s upbringing of Birla kids - why are people listening to their advices on parenting?

Nahi acha lagta hai to chup chap ignore kar sakte ho but don't use that extreme words without any backstory. At least try to understand her situation.

To divorce a wife who miscarriaged a few hours ago is also a criminal act....it's inhuman

This show is all about family and traditions! Only we viewers couldn’t understand… 🤣

It was a nice episode today. Practical situations are like this. Abhir even after knowing his real papa is Docman, his choice was his parents. The rich gifts and big house did not take over his real parents. Good to see that - Happiness is above material world. AkshNav is being criticised of how they reveal the truth - but it was the most possible straight forward way for me. The way Abhinav told Abhir that you know na your mama was married before she got married to me. And Ruhi is so smart - Mausi se aapka ka dashi huwa tha. Kids are more matured than we think them. Abhir ka dil todna - that was the best possible way his parents could do. Or else what could they have done - told Abhir that we do not love you anymore you go away or we will break your leg. (Some people may do that as well).

Maata getting impatient, and Dr Birla trying to pacify her. Some People who are victim of abuse becomes very ruthless and selfish - a medical theory not mine. There is a law you can divorce your parent. Dr Birla can do that if he wants a life of this own. But withdrawing my advice as I do not want to be like Manjari.

It was a nicely executed episode today. Certain heart touching moments.
