All 3 parents are responsible for custody battle because none of them took the stand. Baki koi kya karta hai does not matter, they could have fought for the benefit of their child, so yeah they will be held responsible. Who started what agar itna hi follow hota to we will again be tracing back to WD in the end because that is the inception of all of this and again there will debate about Ak-Neil thing vs Abhim-Ak thing, so it again becomes pointless, if you say Kairav started with restraining order, people can say that but Abhim acted impulsively and did not listen to Ak, or that his behaviour before that made Kairav take that decision, its always going to go on loop as everybody has picked a side and would defend their opinions and I don’t have the energy to do the same today, lol, so yeah that’s my pov, it is the parent’s responsibility and both failed Abhir

I completely agree with you. It's clear that Abhimanyu has been cornered, despite his actions being justified in my opinion.

Akshara's threats and manipulation started this legal tug-of-war, and it's only fair that Abhimanyu respond in kind to protect his rights as a biological father. Kairav’s restraining order added fuel to the fire, further complicating Abhimanyu's efforts to connect with his son.

Abhimanyu has consistently demonstrated his willingness to compromise for the welfare of his son. He voluntarily put the custody proceedings on hold when Abhir was ill, and even agreed to bear the emotional burden of hiding the truth for a supposedly 'right time'.

The way Manish Goenka filed for sole custody was another attempt to strip Abhimanyu of his rights. The condition he set, threatening to hide the truth from Abhir forever, was uncalled for and low.

Akshara's overconfidence during the court proceeding and her dismissive attitude towards the seriousness of her actions are indeed unsettling.

Blaming Abhimanyu for being educated, successful, law-abiding, and winning custody is confusing.
It's crucial to remember that he's only asserting his rights as a father and trying to protect his son. The backlash he's facing is way too much.

First it was Akshara who keeps on threatening Abhimanyu that if he does not do what she says with regards to Abhir she will take him to court. It was her who keep on saying that she will not let Abhimanyu be the father of Abhir on legal papers while Abhir was biological son of Abhimanyu Birla and he had not given up on him for adoption so she has literally committed paternity fraud.

And then it was Kairav who put a restraining order on Abhimanyu from meeting Abhir and named the relation as uncle-nephew and later it was Akshara who said, she will let him meet Abhir twice a month and when she is in the city- on weekends.

It was Abhimanyu who put the custody on hold indefinitely as Abhir was ill and was on recovery period. He even agreed to wait for Ak's so called right time, even went against his morals and FEIGNED IGNORANCE OF KNOWING THE TRUTH in front of his son but it was his son's desperation to know his real dad aka him that made him break free but even then it was MANISH GOENKA who filed for the sole custody and put leech of a condition in front of him that he does not win then Abhir will never know the truth.

During the court proceeding, Akshara was overconfident and once again repeating, hamari happy family wapas kasauli jayegi etc etc while forgetting she has committed a felony.

And now everyone here acts like its Abhimanyu's fault for being educated, for earning well, for not committing felonies and for winning custody. Its jarring.

Both times it was a gohenka, akshara threatened but it was empty threat!

Her good for nothing brother was the first one to put in the official papers and then Manish took it further! What akshara needed to do is speak up! Kher I got no expectation from her! No career, no brain, no drive, no morals (changing legal documents) no fashion sense nothing in this leap!

These gohenkas are a black mark in the name of family!

Kairav’s acting today deserved some special award..Goenkas are such a turn off since season 2 times and keeping that up

@bold i can feel you 😂 i am not fashion lover but preleap akshu used to look very pretty 😆 after seeing her like that now she looks wierd 😂

Goenkas are worst family always causing trouble for theirs own sons,daughters and never supporting them in times of need.This show once had Singhanias,Maheshwaris they were so supportive and good normal families.But now we have Goenkas and though even Birlas are far from perfect and have flaws.. Goenkas are worst in my opinion.

The ckt is promoted as an empath who do not have any empathy

and till now they have shown Abhi-Abhinav bond > her and Abhir bond. She failed as a mother when her child will rather tell a stranger all his problems than his parents. And that too a 6 year old.

Main aapko bol bhi nhi aap argue kar rahe ho, please don’t get me wrong, it is just not a great day for me and I don’t really have the energy to go way back and put my opinion on why, the only point I am trying to make is if we go back people have their own way of viewing things and picking up a side, and that debate can’t be won by anyone
