Why is everyone acting like Abhimanyu started the custody battle?

First it was Akshara who keeps on threatening Abhimanyu that if he does not do what she says with regards to Abhir she will take him to court. It was her who keep on saying that she will not let Abhimanyu be the father of Abhir on legal papers while Abhir was biological son of Abhimanyu Birla and he had not given up on him for adoption so she has literally committed paternity fraud.

And then it was Kairav who put a restraining order on Abhimanyu from meeting Abhir and named the relation as uncle-nephew and later it was Akshara who said, she will let him meet Abhir twice a month and when she is in the city- on weekends.

It was Abhimanyu who put the custody on hold indefinitely as Abhir was ill and was on recovery period. He even agreed to wait for Ak's so called right time, even went against his morals and FEIGNED IGNORANCE OF KNOWING THE TRUTH in front of his son but it was his son's desperation to know his real dad aka him that made him break free but even then it was MANISH GOENKA who filed for the sole custody and put leech of a condition in front of him that he does not win then Abhir will never know the truth.

During the court proceeding, Akshara was overconfident and once again repeating, hamari happy family wapas kasauli jayegi etc etc while forgetting she has committed a felony.

As if it's Abhimanyu's fault for being educated, for earning well, for not committing felonies and for winning custody. Its jarring.

Because its betu ka maa who can't see the happy family and want to break it. She started manipulating Abhinav to go away so that her betu can get back his ex. This lead MG to act impulsive. When he felt no remorse from vile lady who is using kid as a reason to break a family, they wanted everything legally because they expected genuinety wins but they never thought based on financial status a mother can loose kid.

Because Manjari is the reason it restarted, and Abhim instead of apologising for her actions stayed quiet😅? It is morally incorrect to ask for a married woman for your son, so that genuinely angered BP and this fiasco started

That it still does not mean that he started it? Manjiri was wrong, totally but just bcoz it angered Manish and he reopened the case means Abhimanyu is responsible.

Its also morally incorrect to blame others for your own actions. Its also MORALLY AND LEGALLY incorrect to change father's name on birth certificate

Lol aise toh Manjiri lost her kid, Neil bcoz of Akshara bcoz she was stupid and inciting Neil to go fight dozens of goons instead of waiting for 10 minutes? Aarohi lost her husband and Ruhi lost her father? Agar hamara sab action dusre ke action par depend karta hai toh-

Just bcoz her actions are wrong does not mean she is responsible for what and how IMPULSIVELY MANISH acted.

and they lost based on FINANCIAL AND PATERNITY FRAUD! And its custody battle, law will look for financial condition, child health etc.. a mother lost? Tab jab father ka loss hua toh sahi tha?

Nah, not just Abhim, all 3 parents are, for not taking proper stand against their families for the benefit of their kid, but since this post was about Abhim so mentioned Abhim

I dont think the term "paternity fraud" can be used in this case. While AK might be wrong for naming Abhinav as the father without Abhinav going through the adoption process, its not "paternity fraud".

Paternity fraud is when a man is told that a child is his by the child's mother, who is aware that this is not the case. So, if AK lied to Abhinav that he is the biological father while knowing its Abhimanyu, then it would be considered as paternity fraud. But here Abhinav is aware Abhir is not his biological child.

The FL we have is an accomplice of hit and run, fugitive run and hide, fake passports and paternity fraud but wo aurat hai toh sab maaf. Maa hai toh baap ka koi matlab nhi hai.

it will be paternity fraud for changing the name of father on legal papers when the biological father have not given him up for adoption or exchanged legal papers with Abhinav and giving him the right of father of Abhir

Absolutely...Abhimanyu is no way responsible for so called "mother losing her child" ...its all becoz of Akshara’s arrogance... if she would've given basic respect to abhimanyu as Abhir's father and accepted his role in Abhir's life wholeheartedly...all this shit wouldn't have happened

Abhimanyu has been really kind and accepting towards Abhinav's role as a foster father in Abhir's life..he knows Abhinav has raised abhir for 6 years and also accepts that Abhir loves his parents...but akshara is so vile that she kept making ugly faces at every interaction of Abhimanyu And Abhir...she didn't have a change of heart even when abhimanyu saved Abhir's life and did his surgery despite knowing how hard it was for a father to operate on his own son...abhimanyu withheld custody case for Abhir's sake and akshara happily ran away to kasauli without considering Abhimanyu...

Akshara deserved this defeat in court and also the reality check regarding the fraud she committed by messing up with legal documents like birth certificate...Abhimanyu deserved to win in everyway..

It was a fair battle that was initiated by akshara and her family...abhimanyu had no choice but to fight for his son...he fought and won it fairly...so akshara can keep crying about her "maa ki mamta" and play victim card but fact won't change..that Abhir is legally, officially Abhimanyu Birla’s son
