Court Verdict: It was painful to watch as all the time I was thinking about Abhir. Not naming the father in the birth certificate could be a right point, but giving Abhir's custody to Abhimanyu, on the basis of financial status was absurd. Abhir has been going to the best school possible. The court could hv asked AbhiM to give financial support to Abhir if AbhiM wished. Which court is this which did not think about emotional welfare of the child?

At the same time from story point of view, I am happy with the verdict. Because I want Abhir to choose AbhiN- AK only after experiencing life with AbhiM. That would be his true home coming.

Last thing I want is to AbhiM giving up his custody rights. I want AK- AbhiN- Abhir to fight for that right.

AbhiN: The way AbhiN got upset with Abhir was not his usual reaction. I m not saying that he heing upset with Abhir was wrong, as it was due to his deep concern of Abhir, but not a character trait of AbhiN.

Also, AbhiN not saying thank you to AbhiM for saving Abhir was not his usual trait. For the first time AbhiN has said 'Is pyar pe, Is family pe mera haq hai'. Has the ' Haq' part made AbhiN little more practical unlike old AbhiN who was benevolent to all?

I expected a more engaging AK- AbhiN interaction post verdict. But, it was not as intense as I expected it should be. AbhiN did realize that he needs to be strong for AK's sake, but atleast today, he was ineffective in managing AK. I do understand that both AK and AbhiN are emotional individuals and they are more of hv slow, steady post-problem interactions. Let's see how the verdict affects him as a person and his relation with AK as Abhir has remained the foundation of their relationship.

I want AbhiN to make efforts to show that he deserves Abhir from material point of view as well. I know AbhiN has climbed the ladder all by himself, but I want him to hv a growth mindselt that I felt is lacking in him ( it is just my POV). He can't wallow all the time saying, 'I am a driver'. Now, that he has said that he can not live without AK and Abhir, he has to do what it takes to hv them in his life.

AK: AK's reaction was as expected. We will hv to wait for upcoming episodes to see how she manages this verdict emotionally. However, PR owned today's episode. She aced in her performance.

AbhiM: Post verdict, only MJ was happy. AbhiM was not. He could feel AK- AbhiN's pain. He wanted to share their pain, but MJ did not allow him to do so. However, I do not understand his behavior. If he was so concerned why he said yes to custody battle? AK had come to him to discuss the coparenting equation, but under manipulative spell of MJ, he chose to go for custody case. AbhiM has been doing this with AK most of the time. He has hurt AK in worst possible ways when he is angry, upset, or impulsive, only to show intense love for her when AK almost has died from within. This is second time, we see AK almost dead due to an impulsive decision of AbhiM under the influence of his manipulative Mom and his own selfishness of having ' Haq'.

The way he looks at AK looks so abnormal. He was not looking at her with a sympathy of a parent. He keeps on treating her emotionally as his spouse. The way he was looking at her, the way he held her when she fell, had all spouse vibes. Moreover, he does it all in AbhiN's presence. Going forward, it is posbl that inspite of knwing that AK loves AbhiN, he wll get ready to marry AK. Today, inspite of Abhir saying he wants to be with his parents in front of him, he continued with the case.I always wanted AbhiM to redeem and get happiness that he deserves, but after seeing AK-AbhiN's pain, I don't feel like wishing him that.

AbhiM asked his mom, ' mai kya karu maa?'. I wish the judge would hv witnessed the Momma's boy, whom she bestowed Abhir's custody. The way MJ took him away from court was exactly same how Abhir, the kid was taken from court by KV.

MJ: MJ said 'Dard dene wala kabhi sukkon nahi de sakata'. MJ said to AbhiM to keep him away from AK- AbhiN, but still her words were true. I do not think MJ is fighting the custody case because she want AK to loose. MJ just wants her son to be happy, but with this custody case AbhiM is going to feel empty from inside more, with Abhir rejecting him at every step.

Abhir and Happiness of Birla house: I felt that when KV was taking Abhir away, Abhir waved back only to AbhiN. AbhiM was not even on his mind.

Will Abhir coming to Birla house will make Birla house happy or Birla house will make Abhir unhappy. Abhir is neither Goenka nor Birla. Abhir is Abhir Akshara Abhinav Sharma. Abhir is what AK and AbhiN together are, so in real, it is AK- AbhiN values that are going to enter Birla house.

I am anticipating that to keep Abhir happy, he will be poured with material things, which might start influencing Abhir. His values might change for short period of time atleast. He becoming selfish, thinking that AbhiN is not great etc.

In the process, Ruhi will be ignored most probably, with Abhir taking care of her, making their bond stronger.

Though I disagree with a few other points, I will not discuss anything else, but the whole custody fiasco was BP's condition. I don't see Abhi's impulsiveness or anything really here. They wrote it this way to show that Abhi is not at fault. And it is obvious from the beginning that Ak's words cannot be trusted, not to mention that it is too little and too late. Abhi might not have been in a place to reject BP's condition cause it was based on what Manjari did. But Ak was. If she and Nav didn't want the custody case to happen, they could have said no. Abhi never wanted anything more than to be recognized as Abhir's father and be able to see him freely. It has been reiterated so many times.

The second point, you have talked multiple times about Abhi treating Ak as his spouse or Abhi-Ak interactions being like a husband-wife's. Honestly, this is the natural chemistry that people have loved from the beginning. None of it looks intentional or with any purpose behind it. They just are like that with each other. Maybe it is HC and PR's acting, or maybe it is that they actually want us to see Abhira's chemistry. I will never understand cause it's so ambiguous. But I don't think Abhi or Ak are at fault for that. If Abhi is feeling concerned for Ak, who he loves, and it's obvious that he still loves her, what is wrong with that?

Honestly, I loved that scene, and HC really aced it. Abhi wanted to hold her and take away her pain, but he held himself back with the sheer force of will. His whole body was twisted and moved with every step that Ak took. When she fell, he fell into his chair. When she got up, he got up. When she was about to fall again, he was able to catch her because he was so in sync with her movements.

The whole episode was filled with so much complexity of emotions. Ofc Abhi never wanted to take Abhir away from Ak. He expressed that multiple times. But he also wants his son to have his identity, know who his father is, and have the same rights on him as his parents. Eventually, we all know that Abhi is going to give Abhir back, but at least he will be able to dictate some of the terms of how this will go.

Yeah, the hilarity of all this is, how blatantly bad Birlas are for kids in general where two elders go "My spousal-abuser-beta-is better-than-yours" and one is basically saying that "biwi-ko-marta-hai-toh-kya-hua-par-baap-toh-achha-hai" like kids should have to rationalise why a man who loves them abuses their mother.

I am toh thankful ki Abhirohi are not happening because Ruhi deserves better. Neil, even in memories, and Arohi are far better role models to her than anyone of the Birlas lol

And regarding birlas yes it's going to ba a war zone from now.

Mahima is not backing down. Mata won't back down. They will fight like SaaS bahu now. One taana from one side and one comment from other side

I don't think people cannot change given they show those changes in their actions which Arohi has. If Abhimanyu can be given qudraple chances in the name of love despite emotionally manipulating a girl with the threat of suicide, leaving her sister at the altar, kicking the same girl out after a miscarriage, and proposing to her after her remarriage, then Arohi has done nothing really.

On the other hand, I never found her character to be as displeasing because she, like Kairav and Akshu, had unresolved childhood traumas which should have been dealt by the Goenkas. And, she was Moreover, showing career-oriented women as vamps is the trashiest thing itv does.
