Manjhiri and abhinav's feeling

So i have seen lot's of people calling Abhinav's love for abhir fake,over the top, obsession.. why? Cause abhir is not his sperm..khoon ka rishta nehi hain toh abhir pe Abhinav ka koyi haq nehi hain..he should not call abhir his son and should not cry for him..very well..but same people say how Manjhiri was tramatized seeing Neil died..She lost her son,akshara gave her pain bla bla bla.. how? Neil was not her biological son, he was her Sautela beta,Step son.. why her love is genuine and abhinav's love is obsession? Manjhiri raised Neil from childhood, introducing him as orphan Infront of his own biological father.. Abhinav also raised abhir,took care of him when he was in his mother's womb.. if manjhiri can call herself neil's mother and everyone relet to her pain,why abhinav cannot feel same for abhir?

People can go by their own thoughts you cannot change this. Manjari is Dr ABs mother so she has to be right. Whoever is against AbhiN is right.
