You know like Akshara said, unhone Abhir ko kidnap nahi kiya tha. Uske ghar le gaye the. Abhimanyu neither as a doctor nor as a not-yet-coparent had any say in that. Unless the court had order them to inform Abhimanyu or not leave Udaipur, they as Abhir's legal guardians had every right to take him back.
