If Akshara died during childbirth..

What would have happened to Abhir if Akshara would have died during childbirth?

AK had a high risk pregnancy. A pre mature birth on a stormy night.

Akshara was a stranger to Abhinav and she didnt even speak to him much.

She never told her background to nav and so if something had happened the hospital would not have given the infant to nav but would have put him up for adoption.

what would have happened?

Abhinav would have given up abhir for adoption 😆

In police station and all he aid he was her husband and her name is anchal and she didn’t have any identity proofs with so may be he would have abhir with full rights as father

She had written her name as AKshara Goenka on the forms.

SO the police would actually arrest Abhinav for lying n fraud. They dnt have any anchal name papers.

Nav knew Priya address (Ak friend in Pathankot)....Ak was also continuously in contact with Goenkas...so they would've informed the Goenkas nd Abhir would be in UD

There were definitely chances... Abhinav was given a choice to choose maa or baccha... He had chose baccha anyway back then...

He may have tried finding out about her whereabouts and past. If he would have failed, he may have adopted Abhir. Ismein kya sochna..

Now before jumping in to ask me why didn't he do that when Akshara was alive.. Simple... He didn't need to, she has right to make decision for herself and he respected that... Which no one else ever did! Respect her right to make decision!!

Ye to khud mandir mein Ak ne bola tha……..the reason why Ak chose AbN over AbM was he gave her respect and freedom to choose what she wanted and even he didn’t agree he tried to reason with her instead of imposing his decision

Even when Akshara was unconscious and weak, it would have made much more sense for Abhinav to inform her family of the situation(he could have used her phone to find the contact info) - any one in that situation might have done this as the first step. Family should be notified in emergencies - that's the first thing even hospitals do.

But since Akshara didn't want to reach out to her family and as its her truth to tell, Abhinav obliged regardless of what happened to Akshara - which given how they have portrayed Abhinav so far - just doesn't seem to add up. I want to feel sad for her for that stormy night story, but I just end up laughing at the script and story.

I am not aware of the legal process, if any, but wouldn't they try to find her family to handover the baby? She didn't have any documents but she was using her/Abhinav's phone to inform Abhimanyu and she contacted BP as well. Abhimanyu may/may not have responded but BP would take the call and come for the baby.

Then there was her friend priya Nav droped her off at her house he could inform priya who could inform goenkas
