ITV consummation is just super weird, lol. I really don't care about it at all, if they are showing proper emotional intimacy, I am good with that only. I don't get why in this day and age, it's getting so much negativity.

For me, the issue is just how cringe it is. I mean, a few weeks ago, Ak announced she and Nav don't have husband-wife relations. Like why ??? If you consider him husband, you are husband and wife, sex doesn't make or break a marriage, lol. Then her grandmom gave her advice to move on...again super cringe. Then every scene Ak has very confusing expressions vs. how she was with Abhi, and it was very obvious she wanted to be with him. Finally, the whole Ak feeling indebted to Nav. Nav talking about never asking for his "rights". It's all too much and too many signs that if she does have relations with Nav its likely cause she:

1. Wants to move on from Abhi

2. Wants to repay Nav by making the relationship real

3. Wants to keep Nav in the relationship for Abhir

None of which are valid reasons and makes the whole thing feel super cheap. I personally think that if they showed a proper love story for Navra, instead of this keeping both ships alive nonsense - it would have made a lot more sense, and there wouldn't be such an extreme reaction.

FL can move on, but her being undecided, btw two MLs is super cringe. Even if they wanted Abhira eventually. They can still show that Ak has fallen for Nav ( have a proper confession, some romance, say "I love you," etc ). They have already shown us how much he means to her, and I am glad about that. The story would have remained the same ( Nav dying and making way for Abhira Milan). But without the see-saw effect.

People can move on, people can fall back in love with their exes, etc. But its no longer "soul love". Its normal love that happens over time.

The writers are not just sub par they are totally unqualified. Even up to about six weeks back they could have written a totally different plot and the story would be much better but they are so in love with this whiter than white character that they have created that they have twisted everything beyond recognition and frankly beyond repair. They were testing the audience to see which pairing worked but I don’t understand why they can’t see that the audience has not accepted abhinav or JS. I do think that if abhinav was better written and played by someone who was a little more charismatic things would have looked different

Similarly Ak has to discuss with Abhi before picking up and leaving with her son - all divorced parents know this. Akshara has to realize that Abhi is seeking custody of their son and cannot run away. And to remove a child from the state where a custody case has been filed has to be wrong.

I agree that they have not shown akshara in Iove with abhinav at all and the whole track is messed up. A lot of my rants today are in response to everyone on several platforms calling not just akshara but pranali characterless too.

Yeah they can drag as much as they want and maybe reduce SS for AA. But they will rush. I will wait for 3-4 good episodes cause we dunno if they will flip Tom.
