She might choose her morals and since they have already exposed arohi infront of manju. Nav may also have grey shades he may call lawyer back to go with the flow.

On the other hand arohi may also tell lawyer to go for personal attack as she knows if she go with personal attacks she will atleast win manju's confidence back by showing that she equally interested in taking abhir's custody.

Acha sach main haath tut Gaya. But even then his wife can feed him, why is the entire family taking turns? This is precisely why this leap despite having potential is failing. They have made it about abhnav. But because he just entered the audience does not have that much connect with him. He has no backstory, no family, no traits other than acha aadmi and no shades other than white. That does not make an interesting watch and cannot sustain the audiences attention. No matter what you may think about manjari or arohi the audience connects with them because they have been part of the story since a while now and they have shades. Even akshara and abhimanyu are not faultless, they have their flaws.
