Because they were told he’s the the only one who can perform such surgeries and once they find out it can be done in the US, they decided to come here.

Thank you so much for bringing this point. I deeply respect different POVs. Rather different people seeing it differently is strength of the script.

AbhiM is not at all a monster. He does understand intellectually what is right vs what is wrong. You get to see his good side ( which is genuinly good) when nothing of his interest is involved. He was so good, friendly to Mr. Sharma in Kasauli till he did not know the truth that he is AK's husband. After knowing, the same AbhiM said to AbhiN, you can never be a friend.

Yes, he does know that bringing the finances part was not right, but his conscience goes into hinding when his obsessive nature overpowers it. This is how I see the character of AbhiM. Views can definitely differ and we should enjoy it.

Abhimanyu hasn't filed for custody yet, Akshara told him he can meet Abhir once in a month so he is seeking out of court settlement where he gets more time with Abhir

This is how child custody battles are fought. One of the parent gets to meet the child on weekends. I never felt AK and AbhiN has issues AbhiM meeting Abhir, eventhough there was natural anxiety in them. What AK has fearing the most for last 6 years is AbhiM taking the child completely away from her knowing his obsessive nature. Even AbhiN fears the same. AbhiN was completely fine with the idea of coparenting. He is becoming more and more assertive when he is sensing that they will take Abhir away from him.

AbhiM is a great doctor and great person till target of his obsession is not involved. It is only when that is involved you see his grey shade... Then he is my way or highway.

Hence, choosing him as a surgeon, I do not see any issue.

Negligence is not a crime , divorcing is also not a crime , hiding the info abt Child isn't a crime,nothing which both of them did in these 6 years can be called a crime but these points can still be used in the court against each other..

I never heard of a case where court gives custody to the father only bec the mother hid the identity of the child..its laughable...
