Anyhow. There r only 3 ways this case will resolve.

1 is akshu loses the case and gives sunny deol type speech in the end on ma ka haq.

2 is abhim withdraws the case looking at abhirs condition or his refusal to leave akshara and abhin . This way he will be washed with surf excel and akshu Can run to him after getting rid of abhin (pl don't ask how bec if makers want it ,, they have thousands of ways to do it )

3rd option is that abhim wins , he takes abhir to Birla house bit abhir falls sick and asks for his parents , abhim willingly gives up abhirs custody.

I think akshus chances of winning are bleak. And I will be happy bec abhim must get a taste of his medicine. Abhir is not a commodity which he can own .

Fed up of bhashans, so I hope no Option 1. Abhir prayed for his Mom and DocMan to win, so most likely Option 2. I would like to watch Option 3.

BP - I just can't take him seriously. He straightaway ignored Akshara's struggles and bullies Kairav and Surekha. Agree, the post marriage truth scene was realistic, today's was OTT.

I feel abhim will be on the verge of winning but then may be abhir rejects them out. And also abhimanyu only has financial aspect point against Sharma fam voh ab dekha jayega as nav is working baki k sab toh abhim k against heu. Some how ak will win at last nhi toh abhi will give up.

No it's not just the financial.aspect . He can prove akshu to be a careless mother ..quoting the jungle incident and Neil's death incident, when she miscarried one child.

However , "hiding " isn't a crime nor any basis for.legal action . It's her choice ..she is not obligated to tell him the truth when he divorced her .

That can’t be used in court. When a woman miscarries even if it’s due to her negligence does she get sentenced for murder or even jailed? no

Akshara's chances are not bleak...but i want 2nd option....3rd is a no go at all

This is called double standards. Anand gave the right answer. You cannot have the cake and eat it too. Though I feel allowing a father to meet once a month is too much. Practically for co-parenting, child is with mother, but father can have his time once a week. And court keeps a track on child's comfort as well. I want to enjoy the court drama bring it on CVs.

Umm and how would that be possible from Kasauli to Udaipur? Once a month seems more reasonable between the two towns.
