Which world is DKP living in No hospital in the world will allow an unknown person to sign Hospital documents unless the parent/ guardian has authorized that person to sign. When I was hospitalized in Cd they wouldn’t even allow my husband inside without my permission, forget documents or talking to the doctor. I think the rule applies even in India.
