In all honesty, I dont believe DKP know how to do court drama. I am sure Abhir will find out before that and his health gets impacted.

I have no such hopes. The makers and creatives have shown just how misogynistic they are. Despite both Akshara and Abhinav telling Abhimanyu the hell that Askhara went through to have Abhir and her struggles post delivery, he actually apologized to Arohi and has not even thought of apologizing to Akshara. Does he really think that hiding Abhir's truth from Arohi is a bigger mistake than what he did to Akshara? They will make Akshara lose the custody battle and then Abhimanyu will see her get a panic attack or maybe he will see that Abhir is not happy in the Birla house (how could he be with the trio of witches in that house - Arohi, Manjari and Mahima) and then return Abhir to Askhara. The creatives want the men to be seen as mahaan. Case in point Abhinav. Even in the Sharma house, it is Akshara who has been resourceful, pushed Abhinav to become more successful, studied law, made a jam business, even made sure that her son is good at studies and has good manners but what are the creatives showing? All the credit is going to Abhinav. At this point forget Abhimanyu, I just one person to acknowledge the price that Akshara has paid over the years. It could be Manish, Kairav or even Dr. Rohan. Just so that Akshara also gets some support and her pain and efforts are seen.

Mothers who are overly obsessed with their sons always hate their wives so Manju hating akshara is not surprising. She knows arohi will never take her place in abhis life plus she wants her baby boy to have a partner so she is amenable to arohi. As far as shefali she is projecting her sufferings and that’s why she wants shefali to have custody but all of that is out of the window when it comes to herself and abhimanyu. Mother and son are both hypocrites of the first order

Haan it’s different now. Earlier it was something like I have to go to court to get my child now it’s like “you started it I will finish it”.

See here ak is fighting as a lawyer did you see the voiceover of promo. Their she did said jo kanoni ladai tumne shuru ki voh mei khtm karungi. Aur ha yaha as lawyer fight karne vali hei chahe kitne b mushkil aaye last mei female Jeet jati hei aur jo custody lagaya hei voh haar jata hei S2 se compare na karo bas track same hei revamp version mei aayega. Waha naira ko Kartik ne diya tha custody aur vaha naira lawyer nhi yaha hei. So fl koi b profession mei ho last mei voh Jeet jati hei chahe voh lawyer ho ya doc ho ya kuch b. That's how itv is aur yeh abhi ko realise karane mei hei yeh hak jatane se nhi pyar se paya Jana jata hei

Good they changed that part at least it looks more assertive and confident .. I hope she wins .. or even if she is losing I want it to be Abhir choosing her and Abhinav over toxic Birlas and abhimanyu .. although I have no real confidence on the makers
