There's no other female character that has been shown of recent with kairav besides muskaan, plus he got so happy when muskaan did not leave goenka house to stay in a hostel, and in gangaur he was being a little handsy with her holding her arm to stop her from going away from him etc. There can't be any other simple salwar-wearing girl he is referring to lol

But Snowfally said he had some casual relationships post Anisha... So who knows, it could be anyone else too... Plus there is any unknown number lady too... His character really confuses me😆

Jokes apart, What's weird for me in their equation would be that Muskaan is being described as not his type and she was ok.. Like what kinda type are they referring to😆 Is there any sona/chandi/platinum type for heera (I think Surekha said that about Kairav ki woh heera hai and all)....

Yeah manish-swarna said in start of leap when this new kairav was introduced that he was having a bunch of casual relationships (it was implied that this is because of a combination of seeing the tragic endings of his sister's marriages and anisha's suicide), but he was never seen with any other girl in show since this new kairav has entered, he hasn't spoken about any other girl, and they've implied and shown a few times now that kairav likes muskaan and the unknown caller said the girl he has been giving attention to is a simply salwar wearing girl. So can't be anybody else as muskaan is the only simple salwar wearing girl they have shown kairav around and whom he has been taking a romantic interest in clearly.

In terms of his type, there is no knowing with kairav what his type was. That anisha was complete opposite to muskaan. Anisha was very modern, rebellious and not all that family-oriented. I still remember a scene where anisha very bluntly said to swarna-suhasini dadi that the necklace they were gifting her is too old-fashioned for her liking. So just from this description you can tell she was complete opposite to muskaan and they've not really given clarity on what his "type" is, but they have shown him to be attracted towards muskaan and started liking her presence in the house.
