Because Akshara has seen the 'roaring' first hand. Abhinav's 'trust & faith' will be put to the test if Abhimanyu forgets his redeemed self and starts breaking everything in sight.

Of course he deserved it... I would have sympathized atleast a little had he tried to realize his mistake or move away from toxicity... All guilt and realization pouring in only after seeing Akshu living happily isn't even making sense to me 🤪 all in all writing sucks to large extent.

To your question HC already hinted in one of the interviews that Ak is worried about the truth to be out because, she is hidden in a bubble until now, in her own world where everything goes according to her wishes.. now if the truth comes out that bubble will be bursted and nothing remains same.. she is worried to face that change, because on the other end it’s AbhiM who can go to any extent to claim if he believes that it’s his haq. She already witnessed it in her case, now in Abhir’s case somewhere she knew that it’s not right to hide him from AbhiM. if he learns the truth, the Birlas won’t leave her. She should overcome that fear and defend strongly because the rightful points are more on her side..

He might have not seen nav then . and it's just assumption. I am not saying it will happen anything can happen in serial world and the way sp is promoting abhira. Abhira reunion must be very close.

Logically there are following things

1. If there is a legal battle for custody, Abhimanyu is better equipped to give a more fulfilling life to Abeer (financially).

2. She is a law student, in colleges it’s taught that mothers have upper hand in case of sons only till the age of 5 years, Abeer is past that age, so there is a higher possibility for her to lose the court battle

3. Akshara can’t be as compassionate as Abhinav because she has gone through the hard times at the hands of the person she loved, Abhinav will never understand the depth of her hurt. “Jispe guzarti hai, usi ko samajh ata hai”

And if it wasn't a ITV then maybe Abhi might have never known Abhir...

But somehow I do feel that AK should have tried a little more harder to send Abhi the message...

To me her reasons are very obvious. For most of the time that she was with Abhi or was in love with Abhi her life was a nightmare. I am not saying Abhi was solely responsible but he could have prevented a lot of the shit that went down. The last straw was the way abhi threw her out. Yes he lost his brother and the twins but couples who truly love and support each other face bigger and worse things. Here Abhi deserted her every time something went wrong. To me a very very big red flag is how he is around his mom. I understand men loving their moms but this was at a different level. His mom knew everything about her adults sons love life and listened in to their conversations. Conversations between a husband and wife are private and we have seen Manjari stand outside their door and eavesdrop. Which yuck!! She is also forcing her adult son to get married to his brothers widow. Why is the marriage pool for birla boys and Goenka girls so limited?? Anyway I digress. Abhimanyu has been wallowing in self pity these six years. It’s not repentance. How has he made it up or redeemed himself to Akshara. Even now when he came to talk about Abhirs surgery he was angry and aggressive. First of all he does not know that Abhir is his son. To go to a patients house and behave the way he did is so damn unprofessional. Imagine a doctor came to your house and yelled at you because you decided to change your doctor. Second the way he reacted that day reinforced her belief that he will get mad and create a havoc when he finds out about Abhir. Where is the repentance and regret?? It’s not like she did not try to tell him. She did and it’s only after he refused to listen and said he wants to have nothing to do with her or the kid that she closed her heart to him. This whole woe is me attitude and devdas beard is only indicative that he pities himself. He has never stopped his mom when Manjari is repeatedly vile to Akshara to his face. He has said maa ko sau galtiyan maaf. For Akshara Abhi has not changed at all. He and arohi are both the same. Very nice as long as things go their way. The minute things change arohi becomes and snake and Abhi gets so angry that he stops thinking. When angry Abhi could throw out his wife who he claimed was the love of his life right after she had a miscarriage, imagine what he could do to his ex wife who in his head kept him away from his son. That is what Akshara is thinking. I am not saying the whole Abhinav has more rights is right or wrong but definitely her fear about Abhi is not unfounded. I went through a very very difficult pregnancy and my child was born premature and there were people who were nasty to me and I will never forget that. So I understand why Akshara resents Abhi and his family
