How will Abhir's Truth come out? Will there be any custody battle?

I'm still trying to understand how the truth is going to come out.

If we talk morally then Abhimanyu should settle with co-parenting, because if the custody battle begins he might loose big time as Akshara has got all the valid reasons to get Abhir's custody.

1st because she is the mother of the child

2nd Abhimanyu had divorced her, then also she tried contacting him multiple times to inform about the child. But he didn't listen.

3rd Abhimanyu deserved to know the truth but if it comes out it is going to affect Abhir big time.

What are your thoughts?

There are some points which are against her currently.

1. Negligence : If something happens to abhir while she takes him to US that will hit her hard during custody drama as she also have some incidents of past where she did neglected herself and her child. I feel that's the reason why they go to US.

2. Financial Status: She was unable to arrange money for her kid's health.

3. Parental Alienation: Preventing Abhi from meeting his kid and even hiding truth that Abhir his kid as both are abhir's parents. She is not letting Abhi to take decision for his well being. She is just trying make abhir believe that Abhinav is his father and hiding facts which is wrong.

Regarding Abhi.

1. He divorced her but there was some situation which is associated to that decsions. I don't know if court considers as he was too emotional at time as he lost his kids.

2. As far as i know you should have proof that you tried every means to tell other parent like SMS, Social Media, Whats app or informing some one else in the family to inform the person. As potentially don't recieving a call do not mean he is not interested in baby. As abhi has raised roohi who is not even his daughter as his own daughter.

3. She is a mother but some mother can be abusive too. So court looks at everything before giving a custody i guess.

4. Abhir has a good bonding with abhimanyu and he trusts abhimanyu now. He is comfortable with him. so not sure how they will handle.

PS: All these points are based on what I have read and seen in ITV. Not a lawyer by profession but read some court documents and watched some court room drama. These points i have put assessing both the parties.

I wish Akshara took the lawful approach to Abhir. Abhimanyu is a POS but the kid didn't deserve to be part of such a corrupted mess. Akshara is making everything worse by lying!

Eventually abhimanyu will withdraw the case and give whole custody to ak. After listening to her side of story. And also I believe abhimanyu is not the one who will only want kid and not his mom. Why would he separate a mom and a son.

I thought custody battle might not happen because Abhimanyu would have understood and continued towards redemption. However, after watching todays episode, it seems like he’ll blame Akshara for keeping his son away from him and will try to get the custody. Abhimanyu’s love for Akshara down the drain lol.

The problem with current track is if Abhimanyu wants custody how will he balance between Roohi and Abhir? Also as a child if Abhir goes to Birla house he will be traumatised by them specially Aarohi.

And if Aarohi and Abhimanyu marry then how will Abhimanyu make sure that Abhir gets the love what he deserves.

Separating Abhir from his mother would be the worst of all.
6 years back the due to the white day everything got shattered but it is also Abhimanyu’s fault that he didn’t listen about his kid. And now when Akshara is providing the kid with healthy environment away from toxic Birlas then Abhimanyu is running around to snatch both kid and his ex wife’s happiness.

I’m not saying what Akshara did 6 years back was right. In a way of the other the Neil fiasco could have been avoided but leaving your wife in that condition, I mean who does that? Is Abhimanyu Birla even human?
