Mata on gangur said whose evil eyes fell on ar. In real its ar ka evil eyes fell on ak happiness which had always been her problem since childhood.

Till aarohi doesn't know the truth she was happy in her world. The moment she learnt abhir truth saw abhir abhi bond she understood the unsaid love and happiness of both abhira in the form of abhir. How abhi even without knowing truth is on abhir. The love abhi shows towards abhir is the same love he has for ak which literally threatened aarohi and her life.

The first time after she learnt abhir truth aarohi eyed abhir abhi bond and kid immediately coughed.

The second time in hospital she saw abhi happiness to meet abhir and sent him away and kid immediately got bp fluctuations and can't breath.

Now thrid time today she said about abhir abhi bond and immediately machines caught fire and kid was in danger.

This is the same aarohi since childhood can't bear ak happiness anyday next it turned to abhira happiness where she promised and openly challenged abhi to snatch away all their happiness. She successfully did it through her widow victim card threw ak as nothing and royally enjoyed her life.

Ak on ar birthday gifted a hair clip with 6 hearts. Told how she liked such things since childhood. Which shows how she is holding ak abhi abhir nav herself and ruhi all 6 lives in her selfishness and obsession.

Coming to story,do you think hand burnt is parallel to hand burnt of Ar name on his hand after mehendi 1 and the dream of sati burnt into ashes ?

Abhi abhir bond is connected well from the time abhir accepted docman in kasauli. The boy pulled him in his love with his affection towards abhi unknowingly as father. This love he missed from ak is balanced that way through kid. Yaar ki adat properly done for abhir and abhi and abhi choosing abhir through heart.

Sath rehne kid need for abhir abhi started through ak words bete ko tumhari jarurat hi. Abhi being pulled towards abhir and spending time with him .though he was diverted by ar for ruhi he chose abhir idhar udhar ghoomke. This will increase more of surgery is done and abhir needs more care and love after truth is out .truth to abhir won't be told easily as he is a patient now. Only left over is bichadke milna that's for abhira through abhir. Need to wait how long they take time for this.

When ruhi got abhir favorite car toy ar seeing his pic and it near abhi ran immediately to return as she doesn't want any reminder of ak Or abhir in that house. In that chakkar she left her chappal which is her respect and hand bag which is her doctor job and ran holding abhir.

This is same as now how she in chakkar of abhir abhi bond, breaking all ethics as doctor.

Abhi often telling respect is as Dr. Aarohi and ruhi ki maa.

She already crossed her line twice as a doctor by choosing personal agenda of sending dr. Abhimanyu away in the name of ruhi to exam and a non existent park trip. And next given a big responsibility to know truth about faulty machines. Might be while checking faulty machines ar might know when ak was said mc it was in real fault of machines. Abhi said it happened twice maybe it had already happened thrice. If such a truth is their and ar hide it her respect of being doctor is gone.

Along with it how she herself as a mother had been careless to keep a doctor away from a patient and putting a mom son duo in misery respect of ruhi ki maa too gone.
