Should there be a legal acceptance of the same? Or does Indian law accept verbal acceptance? This is pure ridiculousness by law! If this is the case, if any woman has a fight with her husband/ or partner, she can make any man the father to her child? So essentially Indian law is treating men as sperm donors and nothing else! Does the bc have the correct dob, which technically is before her 2nd marriage and she has lied to all by stating a different date? So one more hurdle they have removed! Now the last hurdle is what will AB feel and how will he react.
